Yes! Each product listed on Artisoul is handmade or handcrafted using traditional Indian methods. Our artisans are carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
Do you ship internationally?
Artisoul is in the process of going international. We will soon deliver at your doorstep across boundaries
How long does delivery take within India?
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the artisan's region.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we only accept returns in case of: Damaged items and Wrong product shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
How do I become a vendor/artisan?
You can apply through our Vendor Registration page. Once approved, you will receive onboarding guidance.
